Welcome to SubHero ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account, funding your wallet, or purchasing any services on subhero.ng, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Account Registration & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or possess legal parental/guardian consent to use SubHero. You agree to provide accurate, complete information during registration and KYC verification. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and PIN. You accept full liability for all activities occurring under your account.

2. Wallet Funding & Deposits

Wallet deposits can be made via Card, Bank Transfer, or dedicated Virtual Accounts processed securely by licensed payment providers (Squad / GTBank). Standard deposit fees apply: ₦20 for deposits below ₦1,000, and ₦50 for deposits of ₦1,000 and above. Wallet balances are non-transferable to other users and cannot be withdrawn as cash unless explicitly approved under verified refund conditions.

3. VTU & Digital Product Deliveries

All VTU transactions (Airtime, Data Bundles, Cable TV, Electricity) are processed instantly upon order submission. Destination Accuracy: You are responsible for entering the correct phone number or meter/decoder number. Purchases dispatched to an incorrect number entered by the user cannot be reversed or refunded. Failed Purchases & Auto-Refunds: If a telecommunications network provider fails or declines an order, SubHero automatically refunds the exact order amount back to your wallet balance.

4. Social Media Marketing (SMM) Services

SMM services are delivered automatically via third-party provider APIs. Delivery speeds vary depending on network traffic and platform updates. You agree not to submit private profiles, restricted URLs, or content violating Nigerian laws or platform terms.

5. Prohibited Activities & Fraud Prevention

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or using stolen payment cards/accounts. Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to exploit giveaways or server endpoints. Attempting to breach, test vulnerabilities, or reverse-engineer SubHero systems.

Accounts violating these terms will be suspended immediately, and unverified funds will be reported to financial regulatory authorities.

6. Limitation of Liability

SubHero shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party network outages (e.g. MTN, Airtel, Glo, 9mobile downtime, or bank transfer delays). Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the value of the specific transaction in dispute.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to arbitration or resolution in Lagos State courts.
